高二年级返校复课通告

高二年级同学将于 11 月 8 日（星期一） 返校进行实体课，请同学们穿着整齐校服，做好个人防护，于早上 7 时 10 分或之前准时到校。

2. 　 同学们到校后，必须严格遵守标准作业程序（SOP）要求，在进入课室前完成测量体温、洗手等步骤，并佩戴口罩及保持社交距离。

3. 　 同学们若有发烧、咳嗽、 流鼻水、喉咙痛、腹泻或呼吸困难等任何症状，请勿到校上课，并须即刻就诊。

4. 　 家庭成员若有以下状况，请同学暂时申请居家上网课：
　 （1） MySejahtera 状态不是低风险者；
　 （2） 有表现出与 COVID-19 相关症状者；
　 （3） 家庭成员近期曾密切接触冠病患者；
　 （4） 有家庭成员接受冠病检测报告未取得者。

5. 　 针对同学的家中有人确诊或本人确诊， 请同学或家长即刻通知校方(学务处)，并根据以下卫生部的最新指示处理：
　 （1）确诊者： 自我隔离 10 日
　 （2）密切接触者：
　　　 　 a.已完成疫苗接种者，须自我隔离 7 日，并于第 5 日进行检测；
　　　 　 b.未接种疫苗者或未完成疫苗接种者，须自我隔离 10 日，并于第 8 日进行检测。
　 （以上检测包括 PCR Test 或 Self-test Kit）

敬请家长及同学们配合，并重视个人卫生与健康，维护公共安全，确保安心学习。

To: Parents and Students of Senior Middle Classes

Notice of Resumption of Senior Middle 2 Physical Classes

All Senior Middle 2 students are to return to school for physical classes beginning 8 November 2021. Students are requested to wear proper school attire, take personal safety precautions, and arrive at school before 7:10 am.

2.  Once at school, students must strictly abide by all standard operating procedures (SOP), such as temperature measuring and hand washing before entering classrooms, wearing masks and maintaining social distancing at all times.

3.  If students have any symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, diarrhoea or difficulty breathing, please refrain from coming to school and seek medical treatment immediately.

4.  If family members of students have any of the following conditions:
    - MySejahtera status is not low-risk
    - Showing symptoms related to COVID-19
    - Recently been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19
    - Undergone COVID-19 testing and have yet to receive results
    These students are requested to stay at home and to not come to school.
   
5. If either students or their family members are tested positive for COVID-19, these students are to immediately inform the school (Student Affairs Department), and to follow the latest instructions from the Health Ministry:
    - Positive case: To self-isolate for 10 days
    - Close contact:
        - If fully vaccinated, to self-isolate for 7 days and to undergo COVID-19 testing on the 5th day
        - If not fully vaccinated, to self-isolate for 10 days and to undergo COVID-19 testing on the 8th day
   (The aforementioned COVID-19 testing can include PCR testing performed at health facilities or self-test kits)
   
We hope that all parents and students are able to cooperate and pay attention to personal hygiene and health, maintain public safety, and ensure safe learning.
